The Occasional Craving - Other people find that hypnosis significantly reduces cravings and enhances motivation, so while they have a few cravings in the first couple weeks, especially around places or activities where they previously smoked, they’re able to move past the cravings quickly and stay committed.
The Struggle - Even with the support of hypnosis, some people struggle to make it through the nicotine withdrawals and suffer the occasional setback. This is usually due to a lack of positive habits to replace the stress, boredom, or anxiety smoking was used to cover up.
