I was introduced to hypnosis as a child by a medical doctor who treated a recurring wart on my elbow by referring me to a hypnotist, of all things. To my surprise, he taught me a simple self-hypnosis technique that helped the wart disappear forever. Since then, I’ve studied the uncanny power of hypnosis, mindfulness, and meditation to change our minds for the better.
I received my Master Hypnosis Certification while training in New York at the nation’s leading hypnosis training institute, and have led hypnosis programs for Squarespace, Google, and other Fortune 500 companies over the past 10 years.
As a hypnotherapist, I help you work with your unconscious mind to solve your problems, change your habits, and deeply relax so you can evolve into the best version of yourself, from the inside out.
In a world of constant distraction and overwhelm from technology, news, family commitments, and social obligations, I help you re-learn the lost art of relaxation and use your imagination to heal and problem solve.
There are a lot of myths and years of bad branding around hypnosis—yes I’ve seen Get Out, don’t get me started—and my practice is the antithesis of what you might have seen in popular culture. It is accessible to all, while also being a very subtle art form that you can cultivate over your whole life and incorporate into your wellness routine.
